Also, there have to be hundreds of citations, meaning he has a giant pervy library about the history of sex and sexual regulations. Also, don't miss: he loves to make a really over-the-top claim, which he footnotes—with a readon to his own previous work.
Also, towards the end he straight up flays the legal reasoning in Posner is fearless, and great at thinking on the margin.
